Facilities set the hourly rate when they post. NuruShift keeps a flat platform margin, typically well below the 40–70% markups agencies charge, and the nurse sees their exact pay rate before applying.

NuruShift, operated by NuruHealth LLC, is the employer of record for all contract staff. Facilities get fully covered professionals without adding headcount; nurses get proper tax documentation (1099-NEC, handled automatically).
You pay the hourly bill rate you set on each shift, nothing else. Our margin (15–25%) is inside that rate, typically far below agency markups. No subscriptions or placement fees.
Standard payouts go out every Friday, free. Instant Pay sends earnings to your debit card in about 30 minutes after check-out, for a 1.5% fee.
Check-in requires the on-site supervisor's daily PIN plus geo-verification at the facility. Hours are computed from verified check-in/out. Payment never releases without a confirmed check-out.
RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs. Role selection determines the credentials required: license, BLS/CPR, background check, and any specialty certs.
